Do Volleyball Legends codes give Robux or Yen?

No. Active codes only grant Lucky Style Spins or Lucky Ability Spins. They never hand out Robux (Roblox's paid currency) and, at the time of writing, they do not directly drop Yen either. Any post promising "free Robux codes" is a scam.
